Mak is a technopreneur and fellow Chartered Accountant who have founded a few technology startups. Mak was previously the co-founder and CFO of 2 technology companies in e-supply chain management services and B2B commerce incubators which have been invested US$60M by reputable investors. He was awarded the “Singapore IT Developers Award” by Digital Life, The Straits Times in Sept 2009 for developing an innovative SaaS-based Receivables Management Solution. Mak has studied Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan School.

Yew Hoong leads and manages the business development and operations of the company, including building team and capabilities to futureproof, develop and maintain long term relationships with customers. He has been helping stakeholders to manage and leverage on changes throughout his career. While he started his audit job in Ernst & Young, he participated in technology since Internet 1.0. Worked in Singapore’s first Internet company, Silkroute Ventures.

Calvin Ong

Collection, Lead

With more than 15 years of collection experience, Calvin leads the team responsible for invoice to cash solution and services. He has helped customers to establish and develop robust credit and collection framework from strategy to execution.

Catherine Wong

BPO & Payroll, Lead

Since 2005, Catherine has been leading the team responsible for BPO and Payroll solutions and services from design, implementation to ongoing delivery and improvements. She has more than 25 years of working experience in process & operational management, people development, and payroll administration.

Thomas Oon

Technology, Lead

Thomas manages our technology applications and operations from design and build applications to collaborations with partner's applications. He is instrumental in helping the company to pivot to a cloud-based strategy and developing the infrastructure.

Zhuang Li Hua

Finance Delivery, Lead

Li Hua leads the team in accounting services and she has spearheaded our efforts to move into cloud accounting services based on Xero.

Quinnie Chung

Quinnie manages our financial operations for Singapore and Malaysia as well as taking care of office adminsitration matters for our Malaysia office. She is also responsible for some customer projects.

Meow Ling

Meow Ling leads team in managing invoice to cash processes for customers in Malaysia. She started her career in BPO and has moved to focus on collection for more than 10 years.

Chong Yen Ling

BPO & Payroll, Asst Lead

Yen Ling is supporting Catherine in leading BPO and Payroll solution and services to customers. In particular, she focuses on system design and implementation.

Kung

Operations (Thailand), Lead

Kung leads the team in Thailand for BPO services delivery for more than 10 years for our regional clients.

Awards

Through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia Debts Xchange Pte Ltd, Melioris was awarded in Sept 2008 the Merit award at the Infocomm Singapore Awards 2008 for our innovative Debts Xchange Collections Management system.

The award was a recognition of the strong domain understanding in the areas of collections management which we have put together in this SaaS model for our Collections Management system. Our Collections Management system has been used by enterprise customers since 2008.

We have invested significantly into technology since our establishment to operate IT-enabled processes for our clients. We have been recognized by Digital Life, The Straits Times and have been awarded the "Singapore IT Developers Award" in 2009 for the top 25 Developers in Singapore for our innovative Melioris Accounts Receivable (MAR) system.

Our Melioris MAR system handles 1st party Receivables Collections for credit and collection processes for financial institutions, shared services, large MNCs with significant B2B credit risks.
